RHA CM provided construction management services for multiple locations that required a diverse and broad spectrum of work to install recommended ECMs throughout the island of Oahu. The objective was to reduce the BWS's annual electrical usage by about 8 million kilowatt hours (kWh), or 9 percent of the BWS’s total purchased electricity. The project team successfully managed an uninterrupted work schedule and implemented safe-practice policies and procedures.
