Based on a case study of the Yates Exterior Historic Preservation Project, this session explores how to utilize proactive schedule analysis to identify future threats to schedule, budget, and quality in advance to mitigate a threat. The benefits and implications of the schedule analysis identified shortfalls of material production, allocation and production of labor, sequencing of work/trades, and improved budget control.
