As Construction Management practitioners, we must be more cognizant of the unique dimensions of the security threats and the opportunities available to minimize/address the vulnerabilities in our schools. In this session, an experienced panel will share first-hand accounts of some active shooter situations to provide perspective to some of the issues and lessons learned from past events. Additionally, current thinking and trends will be shared from districts across the nation.
