Cost Management SOP

This module introduces you to the tools and methods for developing estimates and controlling costs in construction management. Upon completion of this module, you should be able to explain the CM's role and responsibilities for controlling project cost, describe the methods for developing the project and construction estimates and budget, explain the cost management system, and monitor and manage cost during all construction phases.

This course consists of two parts: a learning module and a post-test. Upon completion of the course and passing the post-test with a score of 70% or higher, you will receive a certificate of completion/ 3 PDHs.
