With strategic permitting, alternative delivery, value engineering, and cooperation under AECOM’s management, the project team was able to provide the community a full campus replacement that increased student capacity by 20% and provided brand new efficient and sustainable MEP systems, modern security, and space onsite for competition level track and field facility for a moderate 15% PCB increase.
