Site logistics were a challenge the CM team and stakeholders needed to overcome. Because the building is in a heavily trafficked and highly visible area, they prioritized logistical coordination with the University and subcontractors. Site utility work was completed in a critical intersection of a busy parking garage. The team innovated and worked around peak traffic times, redirecting pedestrian flow only when necessary to minimize disruptions to student experiences.
