Through innovative design and comprehensive review, Ditesco was able to assist with design completion and save the construction project $729,000 from the initially included program elements. In addition, the utilization of proactive construction management efforts and specific attention to detail in GMP negotiations and GMP oversight resulted in the construction manager saving the project another $357,000 during the construction phase.
