Project turnover is often the last thing on our minds when we design and build a facility. Utilizing web and mobile technology, we have changed that mentality; putting an early and continued concentrated effort on turnover. The result is disruptive to the turnover process and project team, but ultimately creates an amazing result. This session highlights why turnover software products which can enhance the process, and potential roadblocks, should be considered early.
