This session describes the culture that should be developed to enable projects to be managed successfully for achieving milestones and demonstrating strong adherence to project controls metrics. Learn how it is possible to examine just a few documents early in a project lifecycle and from those documents, predict whether the project will succeed or fail. It is often also possible to review just a few documents in a dispute and recognize why the project turned into a dispute. The right documents demonstrate the project culture, and the project culture drives performance, progress, disputes and completion. The webinar explains how those documents are related to the project controls requirements and how the project is managed from a project controls perspective. Learn how project controls include the disciplines of planning and scheduling, cost management, risk management, document control and forensic analysis/dispute resolution.
