Canada's P3 market has been described as the "gold standard" for other nations, with more than 200 projects, valued at more than $60 billion, in the last 20 years. What can professionals in other nations learn from the Canadian approach? This seminar presents a balanced perspective of the P3 delivery process using a case study of the Kelowna and Vernon Hospitals in British Columbia.
