Leveraging Web-Based Collaboration to Deliver Quality, Cost Effective CM Service

Recorded Webinar

This webinar provides an overview of the $515-million Miami Marlins baseball stadium. In April, 2012, the Marlins opened their doors to their new ballpark in Miami, Florida. The 37,000 spectator facility has a 8,300-ton retractable roof and a natural grass playing field. Other features include a half-acre retractable window wall providing views of downtown Miami, 50 luxury suites, and even a party suite with a swimming pool perched over the left field wall. The ballpark was expected to be the first retractable roof facility to be LEED Silver certified. The construction manager was Hunt/Moss, a joint venture consisting of Hunt Construction Group and Moss & Associates. About the Author: Edwin Perkins, LEED AP with Moss & Associates
