Over the last four years, NYCDEP has implemented a JOC CM contract to manage over 502 individual JOC assignments valued at $264M with an average cost of $545k per assignment. This session uses examples identified through the oversight of construction contracts to show how having a CM involved early can show marked improvements. Topics include how to improve constructability, improve scheduling and phasing, reduce need for contract modifications, and how to use lessons learned on future projects.
