COVID-19 Emergency HVAC Upgrades PM/CM for all DC Public Schools

In support of the reopening of City schools, the $24 million program was completed on an accelerated schedule, of four months, implementing HVAC upgrades in every D.C. public school to improve the air quality, ventilation, and filtering of airborne viruses, including COVID-19. The CM led a team of 13 contractors and faced challenges, including limited as-built records all while coordinating with a highly-engaged team of public and community stakeholders.
