The only thing that does not change is that everything changes. Managing change openly, fairly, and productively is essential to success. On every project, there are critical junctures where pressures can run high, timelines shift, and the stakes for project stakeholders intensify. This webinar explores how to better focus on strengthening relationships between the client, the design team, and the contractor to help push through pivotal moments and foster trust, transparency, and cooperation - ultimately leading to improved project outcomes and greater long-term success. Participants will examine emerging tools, new technology, and strategies for mitigating conflict, enhancing communication, improving performance, and building rapport that extends beyond project challenges.
