Leadership Under Fire: Turning Conflict into Collaboration

Thursday, November 7
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Conflicts are inevitable in the fast-paced world of construction management, and when working across stakeholder groups from owner to architect to GC, the differing agendas and interests of stakeholders can undermine progress and project success. This webinar will be led by an expert with over 25 years of experience in people, talent, DEI, and executive coaching and is designed for Program and Construction Management leaders who aspire to build more collaborative and high-performing working teams that span the capital projects they oversee. Learn how to identify and address conflicts constructively, facilitate open communication, leverage conflicts for better outcomes, and build more collaborative, inclusive teams.

Using practical insights, key principles, and actionable strategies that are relevant to everything from cross-functional project teams to leadership teams, participants will apply new learnings to real-world examples and industry-specific challenges. Program and Construction Management professionals will be able to integrate and apply new skills immediately to current projects and will be equipped to lead inclusive, productive, healthy project teams in alignment with CMAA’s Culture of CARE Pledge. Join us for an engaging webinar that empowers you to turn conflicts into collaboration, enhancing your ability to deliver successful outcomes.
