This 18,000-square-foot interior demolition and build-out renovated two floors that support the building’s conversion from a family crisis center to a behavioral health support facility operated by the Mental Health Center of Denver. The project team was also able to bring all life safety equipment up to code and added two smoke compartments on the upper level by coordinating with the design team to use existing conditions to their advantage, thereby reducing costs.
