Project closeout is successful when all involved parties understand their closeout responsibilities based on the requirements outlined in the contract. Many of the closeout procedures are interconnected and often interdependent, so it’s important that they are monitored and managed carefully.
The Project Closeout Guidelines provide construction managers (CMs) and the construction industry with general guidelines to successfully manage closeout of construction projects.
