The Capitol Steps to Entertain Attendees at CMAA’s National Conference & Trade Show
McLean, VA, USA – The Capitol Steps, a popular Washington, DC-based comedy troupe that began as a group of Senate Staffers, will entertain attendees during CMAA’s National Conference & Trade Show, October 8-10 at the Washington Hilton in Washington, DC.
The Capitol Steps have been a Washington, DC institution for more than 30 years, providing a unique blend of musical and political comedy to audiences everywhere. Each show consists of tasteful lampooning guaranteed to leave both sides of the political spectrum laughing. The troupe started in 1981, and since then, they have appeared on The Today Show, Nightline, CBS Evening News, and for National Public Radio.
Their show is constantly changing, strenuously bi-partisan, and includes songs about the election madness, as well as other headlines in the news.
