CMIT About

The best way to kick-start your CM/PM career!

What is the Construction Manager in Training (CMIT) Program?

The CMIT is a certificate program that helps young professionals launch and develop a successful career into the construction management industry. After an individual successfully becomes a CMIT they will be given access to the CCM mentor directory, enabling CMITs to expand their networks and connect with leading industry professionals.
The CMIT designation demonstrates competence in the practice of construction management early in an individual’s career. Individuals who have earned their CMIT designation are showing employers and clients they are invested in the industry as well as in their own professional development. The CMIT program will help you develop as a construction manager and as a leader.

  • Demonstrate competence in construction management early in your career.

  • Increase awareness of the Body of Knowledge and principles represented by CCMs and professional construction managers.
