<title> CMAA Urges Override of Veto of Water Resources Development Act</title>
<description>The Construction Management Association of America has joined with about 30 other concerned national organizations in urging the Congress to override President Bush's veto of the Water Resources Development Act. The Clean Water Council notes in its letter that many of the projects authorized by WRDA "have been neglected for years...Several recent failures in America&apos;s infrastructure have spotlighted the need to increase the federal commitment to refurbish it, and this legislation would authorize significant resources to do just that."</description>
