The Metropolitan District Commission is seeking firms through a quality based selection process for agency construction management services related to the wet weather expansion project at the Hartford wastewater treatment plant (80 MGD dry weather, 200 MGD wet weather)with an option of expanding the agency CM services to the South Hartford Conveyance and Storage Tunnel project (SHCST).
