For each visitor to our website, CMAA collects aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit.  The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web page and is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.  We do not partner with or have special relationships with ad server companies.  CMAA uses industry-standard encryption technologies transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged within our site.

Member contact information is used to provide you with relevant information regarding the construction industry, CMAA services and products.  Rest assured that your contact information will not be sold to any other companies or organizations.

Additionally, CMAA’s website contains links to other sites that may be of interest to you. CMAA is not responsible for the privacy/legal practices or the content of those Web sites.

This site has reasonable security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Your information is kept on a secure server, either protected with a password or at an off-site location. CMAA will not disclose confidential information or passwords supplied to you, except to the extent necessary and incidental to the purposes for which the information was supplied (for example to "Find a CM” or “MY CMAA”).
