Standards of Practice Course
CMAA offers three-day all intensive in-person courses covering the eight standards of practice. SOP Courses are taught by practicing CCMs who share their expertise with the learners. All students receive a Study Kit to review before beginning the course.

Education Credit, Certificate Courses and Transcripts A credit value is assigned to CMAA courses and seminars in both Professional Development Hours (PDH) and Continuing Education Units (CEU). One educational contact hour equals one (1) PDH, or one tenth (.1) of a CEU. In addition, CMAA is registered with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) as an approved CES provider of Learning Units (LU). One educational contact hour equals one (1) LU. CMAA is also a registered provider of continuing education for the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).Transcripts are provided for designated courses and sessions on request. Certificates of Achievement and Certificates of Completion are provided to those who successfully complete the CM Standards of Practice level programs and other designated certificate courses.
