Individual and Corporate membership
Applies to all practicing CMs, whose services are available for a fee.
Mega Corporation:
Bundles unlimited individual memberships with CMAA Standards of Practice related online training, CMpat™, CMAA Publications, future revisions and additions. Currently, CMAA has ten Mega Corporate Members: AECOM, ARCADIS, HDR, Heery International, Inc., Hill International, Inc., HNTB Corporation, Jacobs, Parsons, Parsons Brinckerhoff, and URS Corporation.
Annual Dues: $ 25,000.00
- Includes unlimited members
- Unlimited access to online Standards of Practice distance learning program ($10,000 annual license value)
- Unlimited licensed usage of CMAA's published documents ($1,000 annual license value)
- Unlimited access to online Construction Manager practitioner assessment tool - CMpat™ ($7,500 annual license value)

Large Corporation:
Earning in excess of $10m in CM revenue or $100m in CM at-Risk.
Annual Dues: $ 6,500.00
- Includes (16) members
- Unlimited additional members available @ $130 ea.
Mid-Size Corporation:
Earning between $5-10m in CM or between $50m-$100m in CM at-Risk.
Annual Dues: $ 3,250.00
- Includes (8) members
- 8 additional members allowed @ $130 ea.
Small Corporation:
Earning less than $5m in CM or less than $50m in CM At-Risk.
Annual Dues: $ 1,625.00
- Includes (4) members
- 4 additional members allowed @ $130 ea.
Additional Corporate Member:
Additional member from Corporate member firm.
Annual Dues: $ 130.00
Sole Proprietor:
Self-employed CM. Includes listing on the public Find a CM/PM online database.
Annual Dues: $ 450.00
CM Practitioner:
CM joining CMAA independent of a corporate membership.
Annual Dues: $ 350.00
Owner membership:
Applies to organizations, corporations or individuals utilizing (not providing) CM services, either in-house or outsourced.
Mega Owner Organization:
Bundles unlimited individual memberships with CMAA Standards of Practice related online training, CMpat™, CMAA Publications, future revisions and additions. Currently, CMAA has one Mega Owner Member: U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Annual Dues: $ 25,000.00

Owner Individual:
Individual joining from an organization or corporation utilizing (not providing) CM services, either in-house or outsourced.
Annual Dues: $ 120.00
Academic membership
Applies to full-time teaching faculty or full-time enrolled student at an accredited college/university in a CM-related degree program.
Faculty Member:
Annual Dues: $ 130.00
Student Member:
Proof of full-time enrollment status required.
Annual Dues: $25.00
Associate membership
Applies to firms that do not practice CM whose services relate to the CM industry, including legal, insurance and technology.
Associate:
Annual Dues: $ 600.00
Additional Associate Member:
Additional member from an Associate member firm.
Annual Dues: $130.00
Membership in the Construction Management Association of America is open to firms and individuals sharing a common interest in the promotion of construction management as a professional service.
