Room Reservations
All reservations must be made directly with the Sheraton Chicago Hotel. After September 14, the Sheraton cannot guarantee room availability or the group rate, but will make every effort to accommodate late requests. Rooms must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night’s room deposit. Call 877-242-2558 OR reserve your sleeping room online. Mention “CMAA National Conference & Trade Show” when making reservations by phone. Attendees who do not cancel the reservation within 48 hours prior to arrival or are a “no show” will be charged a fee equal to one night’s room rate.
Rates
$249.00/single or double room; rates do not include state/local tax. Rates are available for the nights of October 6-10. A small number of rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the government per diem rate (currently $136 per night) for Chicago, IL; inquire about the government rate rooms with Mariam Ghaussy (703-677-3366; mghaussy@cmaanet.org).
