CMAA stages major national gatherings each year, offering both up-to-date educational programs and unsurpassed opportunities to network and explore business opportunities. 

The Owners Leadership Forum in the spring focuses on topics of critical importance to owners of capital construction projects and programs.

The National Conference & Trade Show in the fall is CMAA's flagship event, including a comprehensive exhibit hall, plenary and breakout sessions, and the annual Industry Recognition Banquet at which Project Achievement Awards, Person of the Year, and other honors are presented.
