CMAA's CODE Committee (Creating Opportunities for Diversity and Equality) seeks to promote inclusiveness in both CMAA activities and in the industry at large.

Emerging Technologies

The Emerging Technologies Committee is responsible for identifying emerging technologies and their potential impact to the construction industry and professional construction management. this committee provides leadership, vision and guidance for the dissemination and implementation of these technologies. The members identify and develop training and professional development programs to educate CMAA's membership and their clients. [More]

Government Affairs

The Government Affairs Committee is responsible for developing priorities for CMAA’s Government Affairs program and for providing guidance and support to CMAA staff regarding legislative and regulatory initiatives. This committee informs the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors on key legislative and regulatory initiatives and actions. [More]

Professional Development

The Professional Development Committee plans, coordinates, implements and oversees all of the Association’s professional development activities including continuing education programs and National Conference and Capital Project Symposium educational sessions. [More]

Standards of Practice

The Standards of Practice Committee develops, maintains, and updates the Association’s Standards of Practice and corresponding documents, including publications, contract documents, and more. This committee also assures all of the Association’s documents are consistent with the Association’s Standards of Practice. Sustainability

The Sustainability Committee shares practical information, publicizes opportunities and provides a forum for discussing challenges, concerns, and breakthroughs related to sustainable design, construction, and construction project management. [More]
