 GUIDELINES FOR FINDING AN EXAM SITE
Beginning in 2008, the CCM examination will be offered at secured testing facilities on a proprietary computer platform.
Applicants who have been advanced to candidacy may ask for a "Request to Test" form via e-mail by contacting Kate Brundage, Certification Associate.
After a candidate's Request to Test has been approved, s/he will be notified of the closest testing facility. Each candidate will be sent a detailed package of information about the test after the testing facility has been secured. The test dates and locations are listed below. The test dates are set with a one week's window to accomodate those who cannot make either dates.

**Registration for the CCM exam is for candidates who have already submitted their application and have been approved by the CMCI Board of Governors. The deadline for each exam is one week prior to the testing date. The deadlines do not mean the date to submit your CCM application.
