CMAA has new promotional slide show

CMAA has created a new PowerPoint slide presentation that members can use to convey the benefits of Construction Management to potential clients, project team members, and other audiences. 

Copies of the presentation can be obtained by emailing info@cmaanet.org or by downloading it from the members-only section of the CMAA website at www.cmaanet.org. 

The slide show defines Construction Management and provides several examples of recent projects in which CM has helped owners reap major time and cost savings or achieve other important improvements in project performance. In addition to examples culled from recent CMAA Project Achievement Awards, it includes slides where individual users can insert descriptions of their own successful projects. 

Collaboration is a central theme of the presentation, which outlines the contributions CM makes at every stage of a project and specifically addresses owner concerns about the need for effective leadership to drive projects to successful completion.

 A description of the CM certification program, and an opportunity for the member to insert company logo and contact information, round out the presentation.

 “The goal of this presentation is to give members a convenient, self-contained communications vehicle that makes the case for professional Construction Management concisely and persuasively, while offering opportunities to customize the presentation to meet the individual member’s needs,” says CMAA executive director Bruce D’Agostino.
