CMAA Project Achievement Awards Program

Purpose of the Award
The Annual Construction Management Project Achievement Award program recognizes outstanding achievement in the practice of construction management. The awards program is designed to recognize and promote professionalism and excellence in the management of the construction process. Awards are given to those projects that reflect this mission.
Criteria
The competition is open to all Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) members and nonmembers. The Award Committee consider project outcomes, overall project management, safety, quality management, cost management, schedule management, project complexity, innovation and creativity, and customer satisfaction as the basis for the award. CMAA recognizes projects completed in the United States and overseas.
