CMAA & ITN Productions Collaboration

CMAA Presents "Masters of Complexity", A Collaboration With ITN Productions

McLean, VA - June 26, 2017: In a unique communications partnership, CMAA and ITN Productions are producing a news and current affairs-style program investigating the developments, challenges, and achievements of the construction management industry within the United States.

With construction booming and rising expectations for design, efficiency and flexibility in buildings, the role of the construction manager is more complex than ever before. ‘Masters of Complexity’ aims to promote a better understanding of construction management as an exciting and fulfilling career. Featuring interviews, news items and sponsored editorial profiles, the program will highlight the valuable work and initiatives of people and organizations committed to the future of construction management and take viewers behind-the-scenes to see the skill, technology and practices that are used to complete construction projects safely and on time.

Drawing upon ITN’s 60-year heritage and expertise in storytelling, the program will communicate the role that professional construction managers play in the successful completion of projects by using construction management techniques and technologies, serving as the critical bridge between architects and builders. The program will be premiered at CMAA’s National Conference & Trade Show, October 8-10 in Washington, DC.

"CMAA's mission is to promote the profession of construction management, which is essential to construction project success. With retirement approaching for many baby boomers, it’s especially important to attract young people to construction management. ‘Masters of Complexity’ will help to show the exciting career opportunities in the profession and it’s the real-world value to construction projects." said CMAA President & CEO, Bruce D’Agostino, CAE, FCMAA.

Greg Melia, CAE, Vice President of Program Development for Industry News USA, said, “We are thrilled to be partnering with the CMAA to spotlight how professional construction managers are advancing the construction sector.”
