CMAA Awards

CMAA recognizes outstanding achievement in the profession as well as distinctive contributions to the association’s success through a portfolio of awards presented at the National Conference each October.

Person of the Year is CMAA’s pre-eminent individual award, given to an industry leader who has made significant contributions on behalf of the Construction Management industry.  This industry advocate possesses unparalleled leadership skills, high quality workmanship, and has an outstanding track record in delivering successful programs. 

Project Achievement Awards recognize instances in which professional Construction or Program Management has made a significant contribution to the successful completion of a challenging project or program. These awards are presented at the annual Industry Recognition Banquet during the National Conference.
