1. CMAA Capture Lesson Learned within the Construction Industry: Use this tool to implement continuous learning strategies within the industry; Request contributions from the membership.
2. CMAA Capture Innovative and creative construction experience used to solve unique and unusual construction issues and problems. Request contribution from membership. Sponsor and fund research on innovative construction problems.
3. Prepare seminar on capturing, and documenting lessons. Establish a committee responsible for training and developing continuous learning models.
4. Major construction challenges; Request membership to submit major construction challenges that have been solved or unsolved. To establish a baseline for launching construction research and funding.
5. Promote a Systems Engineering vision within the construction industry that is in line with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Development.
6. Form and sustain a collaborative team work strategy within the industry linking, Architect, Engineers, Estimators, Property Development,, trade professionals, and other interrelated construction professionals.
