Become a Mentor

The CMIT Mentor Program is an important part of making your CMIT experience a success. 
Once you have established this relationship, your mentor will create and manage development plans for you and provide necessary guidance. 
You may choose any CCM you currently work with, or use CMAA's list of qualified volunteer mentors below to find one in your area. To get the most out of your mentor/protégé relationship, CMAA strongly recommends that you utilize the Mentoring Guide to direct your activities.
