FOR PROSPECTIVE SPONSORS
Your firm should become involved in CMAA\'s sponsorship program. The benefits of National Conference sponsorship include:
• Increasing your industry presence and company name recognition;
• Delivering your message in a more powerful, visible way;
• Receiving special recognition;
• Making a lasting impression with top decision-makers; and
• Earning complimentary conference registrations.
If you also are an exhibitor, sponsoring further enhances your image and boosts booth traffic; you also participate in the special booth selection process for the next year.

FOR PROSPECTIVE EXHIBITORS
More than 700 of the construction industry’s most influential leaders want to meet you this fall! CMAA will bring the most thoughtful and important construction managers, program managers, and capital project owners together in Chicago, on October 7-9, 2007.
Be part of one of the most dynamic events in the industry today. Only 55 industry suppliers will have the opportunity to reach out to this critical audience through the CMAA Trade Show. 85% of CMAA’s attendees are senior level decision makers based on their 10 years in construction management. 71% of the attendees said they were very satisfied with last year’s Trade Show and 43% of them spent two or more hours on the trade show floor. So, whether you offer hardware, software, consulting, equipment, insurance, human resources, A/E services, or other resources, this is the year’s best opportunity to show it, explain it, and sell it.
Successful selling in the construction industry depends on building strong relationships with prospects like these. 2007 will bring you no better chance to:
• Increase your exposure to and build your relationships with industry leaders;
• Present and explain your products in an undistracted, one-to-one setting;
• Reach your target audience efficiently, in an environment that minimizes your costs and maximizes your impact;
• Meet and talk in one place with many top executives of construction management firms and leading individual practitioners; and
• Earn complimentary conference registrations.
CMAA will continue with the increased exhibit hours for 2007, providing you with an even greater opportunity to meet with the the exhibitors. The Trade Show opens earlier on Sunday than in the past, allowing extra time before the education sessions start to view the expanded range of products and services. On Sunday, the Trade Show opens at 11:00am with lunch from 12:00pm-1:00pm and a networking break from 3:45pm-4:15pm. The show opens again Monday at 9:00am immediately after the keynote breakfast with a networking break until 9:30am and remains open until 2:00pm; lunch will again be served from 12:30pm-1:30pm.
Remember, the opportunity may be unlimited, but not the available booth space! Please download a booth application and contract and complete and return these forms as soon as possible for prime booth space. To register booth staff, you should access the exhibitor personnel registration form. Contact Mariam Ghaussy at 703-677-3366 for further details.
